THE INTEGRATED ARTS PROGRAM/EL PROGRAMA DE LAS ARTES INTEGRADAS
Workshops are designed to combine and utilize various art forms (drama, dance, music and the visual arts) to explore and challenge academic, community and social issues. With the guidance of professional artist-teachers, the participants have the opportunity to learn about the arts and to develop a collaborative art project. This project is designed to offer solutions to those issues and concerns. The objective of this program is to offer children and young adults a voice through the arts.
This residency program is flexible and can be designed to meet the specific needs and goals of each class, grade or school. Schools have the option of choosing up to five different disciplines of the arts, as well as choosing from various curriculums, themes and lessons plans.
